PERSONAL ASSISTANT / HOUSE MANAGER
Job Title: Personal Assistant / House Manager
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Onsite
Responsibilities:
General Personal Assistant Duties:
- Assist in managing daily schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the family.
- Act as a primary point of contact in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
- Coordinate meetings with vendors, contractors, and other external parties.
- Run personal errands as needed, such as shopping, banking, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Organize personal meetings and appointments for the family members.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans for the family, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary management.
House Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive house sheet detailing tasks and schedules for both interior and exterior maintenance.
- Oversee and manage household staff as needed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of household systems and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or House Manager preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or onsite environment, adapting to changing needs.
- Must be a dog lover and comfortable working around pets.
- Flexibility to step into Executive Assistant duties when needed.
