PERSONAL ASSISTANT / HOUSE MANAGER

Job Title: Personal Assistant / House Manager

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Onsite


Responsibilities:

General Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Assist in managing daily schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the family.
  • Act as a primary point of contact in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
  • Coordinate meetings with vendors, contractors, and other external parties.
  • Run personal errands as needed, such as shopping, banking, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Organize personal meetings and appointments for the family members.

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans for the family, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary management.

House Management:

  • Maintain a comprehensive house sheet detailing tasks and schedules for both interior and exterior maintenance.
  • Oversee and manage household staff as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of household systems and equipment.



Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or House Manager preferred.
  2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  5. Comfortable working in a hybrid or onsite environment, adapting to changing needs.
  6. Must be a dog lover and comfortable working around pets.
  7. Flexibility to step into Executive Assistant duties when needed.


Compensation and Benefits:
